On Friday I went to see a chiropractor for the very first time. He told me that he doubts it is actually my sciatic nerve that is bothering me. He says it is most likely the muscle over the sciatic nerve. It is either slightly torn or tight. Another possibility is my lower back. My sciatic nerve hurt me the majority of my race on Sunday. As I was limping through the Seattle airport on Monday, I spotted a Crocs store. I wanted to go in and look at their new ugly heals just to point and laugh at them. I'm a fan of ugly yet comfortable Crocs shoes, but I felt that they had "jumped the shark" by coming out with these heals.
